Mr. Rowles perhaps went too far, but I see these increasing attacks on campaign signs as both an attack on an individual freedom of speech and as a criminal act of voter intimidation. I almost believe that violating the Constitution is treasonous and that during the act of breaking the law, the violator deserves fewer protections under the law than the victim I also believe this form of voter intimidation is serious and that law enforcement should start to treat it as such.

Overkill? Yeahh ,and had he been a better shot, he could be looking at life in the pokey.

Somehow, the legal system has managed to turn perps into victims and legal law-biding citizens are taking it from all sides when they feel it necessary to defend themselves and their properties..

Those who seek to flirt with pushing the edge of the envelope had best be prepared for the ensuing paper cuts that may occur due to their flirtation..

Add this to the growing list of campaign related events..
