Maybe they need to assure access if Obama is elected,but it's not a fairness doctrine thing. FNC is cable and beyond the control of the FCC. You invite FNC into your homeand it comes in on privately owned cables not the socalled public airwaves. You're also paying for the privilege.

The fairness thing will be aimed only at talkradio as that is the switchboard of America.

There is a way around this for Obama if he becomes President. The Supreme Court can cite ‘international law’ as reason for adopting ‘hate speech’ laws that are common in Canada and Western Europe, thus side-stepping the Constitution. He could extend this to outlets like Fox News, the internet, and satellite radio to outlaw programs that are critical of his administration. His Supreme Court nominees will no doubt be radical leftists that would favor this approach.
