The disqualifier is the Constitution itself. You must be born a citizen of the United States to be eligible to become POTUS. Naturalized citizens are ineligible. You had to have been born in the United States or it’s properties such as a military base. Accordig to Walid, Obama was born in Africa, and he says there was a witness to his birth there.
