Yes, your correct, FCC action is needed on the MSM networks. Particularly, the networks must be made to divest themselves of the television stations which they own in the nation's major markets (NY, LA, CHI, etc.).

This will deny them their "cash cows" and make them at the mercy of their affiliates. When we restrict ownership to a single person or controlled corporate entity then we have someone who is going to be very responsive to public suggestion. He is a licensee and his license can be challenged by us if he is not fair and balanced. This is a real "fairness doctrine" as opposed to the proposed "censorship doctrine". However, I think that the Supreme Court is about to speak on the subject of the seven potty language words that are prohibited to be broadcast. It may very be that we will be able to broadcast pornography over the public air waves, much to the chagrin of Senator Schummer, but not Rush Limbaugh!

Immediately, what we really need now is get an electoral victory over the Democrats in a special election scenario. In particular against a censorship doctrine supporter.

Now it may very well be that one of the conservative legal foundations could challenge the FCCs rulings which allow the networks to own television stations. Remember, a whole lot of the law, including the unfairness doctrine, has gone unchallenged over the years. Sometimes, when later challenged the courts have ruled the regulatory bodies ruling illegal. This seems to be a course of action that should now be pursued.

I think there’s a chance to force Obama to govern from the center. We should do all we can to make that happen. If I’m wrong come Jan 21, I’ll be the first to eat that plate of sh&t with glass in it.

I don’t see that kind of thing as remotely possible with David Duke, do you? Has Duke ever even CLAIMED to be a uniter?

No Duke has never claimed to be a uniter, and neither did Barack until he began running for national office. His rhetoric of the campaign dovetails with nothing he’s done, no association he’s made, over the course of twenty years. And his appointment of Rahm Emmanuel doesn’t bode well for any further possibility of “unity”. Emmanuel is one of the most divisive figures, and proud to be so. That would be like Duke (not that a white could ever have the associations that Barack has had, and ever even run), starting to pay lip service to “unity” and expecting everyone to just forget his history. Though that would never happen, as whites are never given the “benefit of the doubt”, to understate the matter, the way we are all expected to give it to minorities, to the point of absurdity. Just ignore everything they’ve ever said, no matter how recent, everything they’ve ever done, and a pattern of association, in order to show our absence of “prejudice”. It’s ridiculous. It’s certainly not judging people from a basis of equality.
