Smith is leading by about 9,000 votes with 77% of the precincts counted.
Looks like Chambliss may be headed to a runoff in GA (which is why no one has called this race even though he leads by 4 points). Once again a Losertarian candidate wins just enough votes to give the socialist left yet another bite at the apple in Georgia.
