I have never been so outraged in all my life as to how this magnificent self made woman has been savagely, and undesrvedly, attacked. I will never watch Fox again-Carl Cameron was giddy with glee as he unloaded on her with an "unnamed source". Hey Bill, Caution, you are about to enter a no viewer zone.
