As to dual citizenship: The Hague convention (1930) state that both countries must agree to joint citizenship.If one does not than only one can claim. He could possibly have had joint with Kenya as they were part of the British Empire.
However, when his mother married Soetoro and moved to Indonesia. His step father enrolled him into public school % states he was the father (No official adoption paper is necessary there). Public school there did not allow non-citizens to enroll. Since, Indonesia does not recognize joint citizenship, therefore, he lost his US citizenship.
Later (in his 20’s) he traveled using the INDOnesian passport into countries that people with American citizenship (poassport were not allowed to travel to. (Clue listen to haow he pronounces Pakistan.)
I go back to my original question. Since Joe Biden and Barack Obama’s name appear as a “ticket” there is nothing that shows a vote count for the vice president on either side. Also, according to a previous poster, the VEEPs name never appeared on his state ballot. So, how can he be the VP-elect when there is no vote count for the position?
I think he won’t release his college records because it states that he’s a muslim. He always roomed with muslims. There’s a lot of dirt here.

Had another thought: Maybe he doesn’t want the BC and name change issue to come out because than he could be in hot water because he stated in his application to be a member of the barr in Illinois that he had never used any name but BHO.

There are 1076 total potential electors (538 Dem, 538 GOP).
As it stands now, the Electoral College will be roughly 338-200 in favor of the Dems.
If Obama is disqualified, HIS electors would also be necessarily disqualified. You cannot have electors seated based upon the perpetration of a fraud in an election.
If Jan. 20th passes, Biden would act as POTUS until a new President qualifies.
The new Electoral College would be seated - this time with the electors of the qualified person with the next most votes (McCain).
Therefore, the new composition of the Electoral College would include the original 200 McCain electors plus the 338 previously disenfranchised McCain electors for a total of 538 McCain electors.
I think Biden might have a good shot at claiming that his election was valid, in which case, the 338 electors original certification of him as VP would stand.
BTW - I used to hate the word “disenfranchised” (bad memories of 2000), but now I kind of like it ... LOL!!!
Let’s use some common sense. You can’t vote for just a president or just a VP. You vote for the complete ticket.
Quit with the desperation already.
Our party has better ideas and will regroup with better leadership.

Originally the president was the person with the most votes. VP was with the second highest....Can’t remember when that changed, but it was fairly early.....
They won’t cross party lines. The public elected a Democrat. When someone dies in office, their replacement is from the same party. They will not circumvent the will of the people.
Electors have filed suit to challenge Obama whether you like it or not.
I think it was about 1800 or 1804. They didn’t want political parties either as they thought them too divisive. They were right.
Since it could result in a constitutional crisis, and the MSM is not enlightening us, We're just making sure we stay informed.
