NC has not counted all the votes but the AP called it to day and it is very close
and it does matter on IN as it reduces the win margin

I’ve read somewhere that a lot of the states do not even bother counting the non-military absentee ballots filled out by John Q Public unless the election is close.
I remember it being one issue being brought up when algorella was whineing about making sure every vote was counted back in 2000.
If these close states had gone to the Marxist Onada, the dems would have taken the results to court. So what does our erstwhile former warrier do—he just walks away. It truly is breathtaking.
If you look at the FL map Miami and the southern tip of FL went heavily to Obama. McCain lost a huge latin/hispanic vote, 7 of 10 nationwide voting for Obama. the rest of FL went to McCain.
