Reporter questioning this getting done before The One takes office. Obama says if it does not get done in the lame duck session it will be the first thing I get done.
He’s reading his notes, and quite frequently his eyes are averted downward to read them. He is uttering alot of “uh’s” as well.

I have a feeling he’s had his first few intel briefings, met w/ economic advisors, etc and is now thinking “Holy SH*T!! This is going to be a lot harder than being a community agitator and merely-Present Senator. These people expect me to DO SOMETHING”
