found by searching on "Obama Change Agenda Urban" in Yahoo. I'm sure the other pages are there as well, but you need some notion of what was on them.
Putting them on the change.gov site sort of changed them from "promises" to, at minimum "goals", and at worst "policy".
Thanks for the post on the Urban Policy Agenda! As I was reading through that page all I could hear was the cash register going...ChaChing...ChaChing....ChaChing...and a big BLURP....BLURP.... noise from my bank account....LOL!
