Just looking at the same map in the thread and looks like a couple of counties at the top of the foot of Lousiana’s “boot” near the border, looks blue to me....

LOL....I’ve jerked your chain long enough. Louisiana has no counties. It is politically subdivided into parishes.

And yes...we had an unfortunate handful of parishes go blue....
