Agreed about us being gone. I have always been pre-trib. I always thought he would come out of the middle east, but Revelations does say “he will arise from the sea”. Hawaii IS way out there in the ocean? While there are those of us in the USA who seem to understand what he really is, the whole world does seem to worship him.
