1. There is no need for the “Fairness Doctrine”

2. It is not likely to be pushed hard, despite comments to the contrary by Schumer and Bingaman.

In fact, here is a direct quote from the article:

Notice the caveat? And no mention of cable tv, satellite radio, internet , etc?

I think its going to be pushed , regardless of Lefty's opinion..
