Can he Talk a good game or does he have porky pig syndrome (Stumbles over his own words)?

If Yes to the question, than he is NOT needed...
If No to the question, than he can be looked at

He is my state governor and was my congressman. He is a good man with good ideas and is politically savvy. IMHO, he has some Porky Pig Syndrome but not really bad. Although, he tends to ramble and quite frankly his speaking is about as inspiring as a cardboard box. I believe he also lacks the killer instinct the GOP needs for its next leader.

Bottom line is he wouldn't get out of the NH primaries.

More important than speaking ability Mark Sanford has the rare aility to truly listen. I know this personally from discussions with him on several occasions.
