I believe it is that day or the next. Parents supply information to hospital employee, hospital produces record - “Certificate of Live Birth” - that parents and officiating doctor/hospital signs.
If a child was not born in a hospital or was born outside the State of Hawaii, another document called “Certification of Live Birth” could have been recorded for a period up to a year after birth. That document has not been offered since 1972.
Finally from another blog
berg obtained Stanley Ann Dunhams (Barracks mothers) medical records because he couldnt get Barracks. She has no record of giving birth in the USA in 1961. But she did however give birth to a bouncing baby Barrack Obama Jr. in Mombasa Kenya, August 4, 1961. She Then registered the birth in Hawaii August 8, 1961. If he had been born in America they would have done it in the hospital on the day of his birth...
useless without a link, I would like to believe that no FReeper would post anything like that without a source, as it is, it's just heresay/conjecture.
Calpernia, do you have a link to Berg's suit? I lost my links when my comp crashed, the tech wasn't able to retrieve everything.

75. Further, the report does not say whether the birth certificate in the record is a Certificate of Live Birth or a Certificate of Hawaiian Birth. In Hawaii, Certificate of Live Birth resulting from hospital documentation, including a signature of an attending physician, different from a Certificate of Hawaiian Birth. For births prior to 1972, a Certificate of Hawaiian Birth was the result of the uncorroborated testimony of one witness and was not generated by a hospital. Such a Certificate could be obtained up to one year from the date of the childs birth. For that reason, its value as prima facie evidence is limited and could be overcome if any of the allegations of substantial evidence of birth outside Hawaii can be obtained. The vault (long Version) birth certificate, per Hawaiian Statute 883.176 allows the birth in another State or another country to be registered in Hawaii. Box 7C of the vault Certificate of Live Birth contains a question, whether the birth was in Hawaii or another State or Country. Therefore, the only way to verify the exact location of birth is to review a certified copy or the original vault Certificate of Live Birth and compare the name of the hospital and the name and the signature of the doctor against the birthing records on file at the hospital noted on the Certificate of the Live Birth.

If you go to #48 on this thread you’ll see a copy of a “Certification of Live Birth” that was posted on the “Fight the Smears” website. It is a forgery and no known typed original is believed to exist.
Please note that it is NOT a “Certificate of Live Birth”.
Even the kindergarten records from the DOE state of Hawaii are missing.
If they locate the tape or transcript of that admission by BO, please be sure and ping me to that info.
It would be sweet.
“Words.....just Words.”
thanks
Hey marshmallow, did you vote for Obama, that staunch defender of the right to kill little babies in and out of the womb???
A very real possibility, knowing the stakes in this game of the master: Hide and Seek.
So — what happened today?
Why would you have to prove you are a citizen to get a driver's licese?
Legal Aliens are granted driver's licenses in every state as far as I know.
At that point you will see redk out in the street with a weapon and anyone who doesn't join me is fair game.
Evidently not in Oregon unless they forge a BC.
I suspect you are wrong.
I can't believe a Green Card holder can't get an Oregon driver's license. That wouldn't make any sense.
1. Birth certificate (or Passport would be acceptable). Photocopies not allowed.
2. SS card, no photocopies.
3. Proof of residence. Allowed documents include last years tax statement, LY income tax return, utility bills, and a few other documents including the renewal letter mailed to me showing my address.
I guess we are both right.
Here’s what the requirements are...(from the state’s website)
“You are required to provide proof of your legal presence in the U.S., your identity and your date of birth.
Legal presence means that a person is a U.S. citizen, permanent legal resident, or otherwise legally present in the U.S.”
In your, and other citizen’s, cases, a Birth Certificate meets those requirements.
In the case of a Legal Alien, a Green Card fills the bill
“Read the Constitution. It is clear what happens then.”
Say it isn’t so, Joe!
