Hugh Hewitt is an expert on Constitutional law and I have heard his take on this issue. He says that the Constitution has no remedy for this issue even though it does state the “natural born” requirement. He does not think even the SCOTUS would rule that Obama cannot serve regardless of his birth history. I’m accepting that take for now since I am not a Con-law expert and I haven’t heard anything different from an actual con-law expert.
Bringing up other situation that require showing ID or birth certificates has nothing to do with the question at hand. That’s like griping at your local cop because “everyone around me was speeding!” That’s a useless and silly argument that is going nowhere.
I’d really like to see the certificate, but that’s just curiosity. Obama will take office and serve, it’s time to move on and be ready to resist his socialistic efforts when he takes office as we always do when out of power.
It that tape existed, Hillary’s people would have found it during the primaries!!
One the one hand, if he is a US citizen, then let us be done with this and I will continue to bear BO no ill will. If he is not a US citizen, then he has usurped power by lying to every single voter-democrat, republican and independent. At that point...God have mercy on us.
There must be a number of congressmen and others in high places who know with certainty if Obama is or is not legally qualified to be POTUS.
If it is discovered that Obama is not a natural born citizen, these people will have intentionally hidden the truth from the American public and should be fired and held culpable for any rioting and subsequent deaths that may occur.

According to those records she never gave birth in the United States. Her son Barack was born 1961 in Mombasa, Kenya; her daughter Maya was born 1970 in Djakarta, Indonesia. Both births were registered in Hawaii using a document called “Certification of Live Birth”, a document discontinued after 1972.
A Hawaiian birth certificate (proper) is called “Certificate of Live Birth”.

Given the current SCOTUS it would not surprise me for them to rule that Obama could take office regardless of his citizenship.
I would hope however that the SCOTUS (even Ginsburg) would find that something as direct and unambiguously stated in the constitution as “natural born citizen” means what it says.
It seems to me that if it actually came out that Obama is with out a doubt not a natural born citizen and that the SCOTUS decided that he could be inaugurated there would be a great cry throughout the land that it is time for the tree of freedom to nourished with the blood of tyrants.

I give it a credibility rating of D+, and only mention it because it seems to fit with many other reported facts from credible sources.
I would be surprised if he was actually able to get her medical records considering the restrictions today on access to medical records.
At that point, National Command Authority could simply stop acknowledging him as President and pass the football to Biden.

I once needed a security clearance for my work. I had to set up a meeting with someone in a very private office. After introducing himself to me he showed me a leather pouch with a beautiful gold shield in it. He then said: “I am agent -— from the DOD and I am here to ask you certain questions in order to qualify you for the security clearance. Let me first warn you that, if it is discovered that you did not truthfully answer my questions, you may end up in prison.”
Wasn’t that simple? Why can’t Obama undergo such questioning. (By the way, I was not applying for the job of POTUS)

Can we fly his brother from Kenya who lives on $1 a year to ask for Obama’s birth certificate and pay him to do so?

This is a “Certification of Live Birth”, not Hawaii’s version of a birth certificate known as “Certificate of Live Birth”.
These “Certification...” documents, discontinued in 1972, registered births AFTER the actual date of birth and registrants had up to 12 months to apply for this document. Maya Soetoro, Barack Obama’s sister, born in Djakarta, Indonesia in 1970, has a “Certification of Live Birth” even though she was born definitely an Indonesian citizen.
This particular document has been proven several times over to be a forgery. As I recall, even the forger came forward to claim that he created it.
