75. ..In Hawaii, a Certificate of Live Birth resulting from hospital documentation, including a signature of an attending physician, is different from a Certificate of Hawaiian Birth. For births prior to 1972, a Certificate of Hawaiian Birth was the result of the uncorroborated testimony of one witness and was not generated by a hospital. Such a Certificate could be obtained up to one year from the date of the child's birth. For that reason, its value as prima facie evidence is limited and could be overcome if any of the allegations of substantial evidence of birth outside Hawaii can be obtained. The vault (long Version) birth certificate, per Hawaiian Statute 883.176 allows the birth in another State or another country to be registered in Hawaii. Box 7C of the vault Certificate of Live Birth contains a question, whether the birth was in Hawaii or another State or Country.
Therefore, the only way to verify the exact location of birth is to review a certified copy or the original vault Certificate of Live Birth and compare the name of the hospital and the name and the signature of the doctor against the birthing records on file at the hospital noted on the Certificate of the Live Birth.
Paragraph 78 notes precident:
78. The Office of the Secretary of State of California is the California agency responsible for certifying candidates for inclusion on the ballot. Historically, California Secretaries of State have exercised their due diligence by reviewing necessary background documents, verifying that the candidates that were submitted by the respective political parties as eligible for the ballot were indeed eligible. In 1968, the Peace and Freedom Party submitted the name of Eldridge Cleaver as a qualified candidate for President of the United States. The then SOS, Mr. Frank Jordan, found that, according to Mr. Cleaver's birth certificate, he was only 34 years old, one year shy of the 35 years of age needed to be on the ballot as a candidate for President. Using his administrative powers, Mr. Jordan removed Mr. Cleaver from the ballot. Mr. Cleaver unsuccessfully challenged this decision to the Supreme Court of the State of California, and, later, to the Supreme Court of the United States. Similarly, in 1984, the Peace and Freedom Party listed Mr. Larry Holmes as an eligible candidate in the Presidential primary. When the then SOS checked his eligibility, it was found that Mr. Holmes was similarly not eligible, and Mr. Holmes was removed from the ballot. Currently, we have a similar situation in that the Democratic Party has submitted the name of Senator Barack Obama as candidate for President.
No, the document states that he was born on the island of Oahu. "Certifications of Live Birth" are legal proof of birth. You might be sick of seeing it but that's probably all you're going to get.
If this document is forged, a U.S. senator and his presidential campaign have perpetrated a vast, long-term fraud. They have done it with conspiring officials at the Hawaii Department of Health, the Cook County (Ill.) Bureau of Vital Statistics, the Illinois Secretary of State’s office, the Attorney Registration & Disciplinary Commission of the Supreme Court of Illinois and many other government agencies.

Suppose you asked a doctor to see his diploma (or other proof of his professional qualifications), and he refused. What would you do then? Find another doctor? Or take his word that he is legitimate?

The term board certified, when it comes to a specialty, is the best indicator of proficiency. Where a politician is concerned they're usually thoroughly vetted by their competition for office. The other filter is the media ... except, of course, if you're a 'Rat ... in which case the media completely ignores any potentially embarrassing episodes in a candidates background. Even those serious enough to eliminate a candidate from holding office. Best example to date, Bill Clinton in 1991. Next one BHO???
Any doctors office that I’ve visited proudly displays their signed diplomas on the wall. I might be worried if I didn’t see one - I definitely would be worried if I didn’t see one.

I think another thing you should be thinking about is our troops. He would be their Commander in Chief not our Commander in Chief. This means they would have to follow his rule and if any charges were brought against them, the Commander in Chief would be the one that would be libel. If he is not eligible to be Commander in Chief (ineligible) then our service men would then be libel for any charges brought against them for their actions.
If you are going to fight for anything - fight for them. They’ve been doing it for us, its time we stand up for them.

Is the SSR rolled into this lawsuit or do the legs in question due to the fact that they have secured the —>witnesses<— that the CA. AIP was tracking down?
I ask, because when the PC (USA), reported the deaths of our two of our own this summer in the field in Nairobi, I had assumed (perhaps wrongly) that they were directly related to this issue and that is why they were murdered.
Perhaps their statements were documented prior to their brutal deaths. Or there is certainly the possibility that they weren’t the actual witnesses to the airport scene with Ann at all.
