>>>I wouldn’t hire an accountant who couldn’t prove he was qualified

When was the last time you asked to see your accountants diplomas or licenses.....

or your plumber’s license.....

or checked your doctor’s med school diploma,....

or asked for “evidence” that your lawyer passed the bar exam?

No one does this.....

The point of all of this silliness.....

Is that everying blathering on and on about this issue, refuses to see that there are so many more important uses for the time of people who are not otherwised deranged, in preparing for the next round.... The next two years of trying to hold things together until we can put together a new conservative foundation in the GOP.

But if you want to acts and look like the dimwits on the Left.... go right (pardon the expression) ahead...

I do those things, many do. When I hire a contractor I ask for license, insurance and bond certifications. You should.

or checked your doctor’s med school diploma ...

The term board certified, when it comes to a specialty, is the best indicator of proficiency. Where a politician is concerned they're usually thoroughly vetted by their competition for office. The other filter is the media ... except, of course, if you're a 'Rat ... in which case the media completely ignores any potentially embarrassing episodes in a candidates background. Even those serious enough to eliminate a candidate from holding office. Best example to date, Bill Clinton in 1991. Next one BHO???

Most of the people you cite are proud to show their certificates...Barry hides his. Why?

If you don't, then too bad for you. I have checked for CPA licenses, and contractor licenses. I've not needed an attorney to date. I don't go to the doctor often, but their licenses are usually on the wall where they practice. As are CPA licenses. A simple call to check can be done.

Perhaps I should have qualified that statement. I meant hire as from a management standpoint. If the job has certain requirements, and you fail to produce the documents that say you do meet the requirements, why should I hire you?

I had to prove I was a citizen, had no criminal record - and got fingerprinted with a background investigation, paid my taxes, had a degree in field of expertise for which I was hired. This was all for a $15.00/hour job when I started.

Prior to that, I was in the Air Force and had a full on security background check for the job I was hired to do. I was subject to more scrutiny at age 18 than Obama been his entire life, and for a job considerably less important than President of the United States.

Again, I ask the most basic of questions. Why? Why lawyer up when you can pony up?

doctors and lawyers post their licenses on the wall of their offices....

why can't an American citizen see the birth certificate of a candidate and now elected president?.....

I want to know exactly where he was born...

I have every right to know.....
