I, unfortunately, have seen an ee go ballistic (violent) on a manager. It’s not as funny in person as it is on the tv. There’s a certain energy in the air that isn’t amusing.
Otoh, I’ve seen bad bosses get a new one ripped. THAT is funny, especially if the person is sarcastic and witty!

Happened to my wife about 10 years ago. She had to fire this loser on her team. Month after month she'd tell him he was underperforming and not following orders. She put him on probation, and kept giving him chances. The guy was in denial and was a nut case. My wife worked with the company's legal and HR departments. For over a year she only wrote or spoke to him, verbatim, what the legal people told her to do, and they documented it all. There were weekly 1-on-1 meetings where she went over goals and missed deadlines, constantly extended. The guy would scream at my wife to fire him, he didn't care. Finally, the legal people gave the go-ahead to terminate.
My wife had two company guards accompany her in a final meeting with the employee. She gave him the termination letter, and the guy totally lost it, screaming and physically lashing out at everyone . The two guards were having trouble holding him back, and called the police to assist. A group of police officers had to drag him out of the building while the other employees watched in fear, and a restraining order was given to him to keep away from the premises. My wife spent the next two years dealing with the lawsuits he filed against her and the company. He lost every case. We still keep an eye out for him. My wife retired last month and I'm glad she's out of that office.
Let me guess... study how African-Americans suffered. Study African "culure". Study slave trade and it's use to build the current United States of America. Study how whites put liquor stores and brought crack to black neighborhood....
