Congress needs to set up a procedure to enforce this constitutional provision. But since they haven't SCOTUS needs to intervene, because there is no other remedy.

Yes they do. However, there are many Americans who voted for Obama who are unaware of how our government works. If it is found that Obama is not a native born citizen of the USA, and the process begins to prevent him from taking office, I fear these uninformed Americans may be rioting! God bless us all if that happens.
