The Source of my Information is “The Vatican City” . . . His Holiness the Pope does NOT read all the emails, just the ones brought to his attention by one of the clerical staff whose job it is to read the emails and ascertain their importance.
If the Pope gets one email, it’s read and may be given to a Priest to do follow up . . . but if fifty or a hundred people email the same thing . . . it becomes a higher priority. Get a few thousand on one subject and you can imagine how quickly it’s investigated.
I emailed a situation here in the States to His Holiness and many others must have also, because there was a statement made by a Cardinal here in the States relating to my email. (My email was about the Pelosi and Biden comments.)
The Pope is not unapproachable. He is very attuned to the times and has very astute Priests and lay people working for him.
Who knows, you may get an email from vatican.va thanking you.
