W Ketchup Calls on the Military to Keep America Safe During Obama’s Administration
W Ketchup ^ | November 25, 2008 | Bill Zachary

Eagle Bridge, NY — November 25, 2008 — In AD 628, Mohammed ibn Abdullah, the founder of Islam, sent a message to Byzantine Emperor Heraclius, saying: “Peace to whoever follows guidance. To the point: Submit to Islam and you shall have peace.” Heraclius rejected Mohammed’s demand, and the empire resisted attacks for 825 years before finally succumbing to the Muslim hoards.

On September 11, 2001, Muslims attacked the United States. The U.S. responded by invading Afghanistan and Iraq. In August 2007, Osama bin Laden proposed two solutions for ending the war in Iraq: “One is from our side, and it is to escalate the fighting and killing against you. The second solution is from your side, I invite you to embrace Islam.” One month later, U.S. Senator Barack Hussein Obama called on President Bush to completely withdrawal from Iraq by the end of 2008.

Senator Obama was raised in Indonesia, where he was sent school and registered as a Muslim. His first two names translate from Arabic to mean: ‘Blessing of Al-Husayn (Mohammed’s grandson).’ In August 2008, the Democratic Party nominated Obama as their candidate for President of the United States, and on November 4 Obama won the Presidential election.

Ayman al-Zawahri, second in command of Al-Quaida, reacted to the election by sending: “a message of congratulations to the Muslim Ummah on the American people’s admission of defeat in Iraq.” He continued with a message to his forces, saying: “Your enemy’s stagger has begun, so don’t stop hitting him.”

Bill Zachary, Chairman of W Ketchup, commented: “The menace of militant Islam has existed for 14 centuries, and the lesson of history is clear: self-confident nations that resist the expansion of Islam survive, and those that do not are conquered. The theory that Obama, with his conciliatory rhetoric, would insulate our country from Islamic aggression has already been disproved. Weakness in global affairs invites aggression.”

During the campaign, Obama’s running mate Joe Biden predicted Obama would be tested within six months, but within only six hours of Obama’s victory Russian President Medvedev announced that Russia would deploy missiles on Poland’s border, unless Obama agreed to cancel a missile defense agreement with Poland. Medvedev also announced plans to visit Cuba and Venezuela to develop military cooperation with those rogue countries. Two Russian warships arrived in Venezuela on Tuesday.

In other post-election developments: Somali pirates have seized 14 ships, including an oil supertanker, threatening global commerce and exhibiting a decline in power of the civilizing nations not seen since the 18th century; the U.S. National Intelligence Council released a report opining that U.S. economic and political clout will decline over the next two decades; and the US stock market has lost nearly 20% of its value since the election.

Dan Oliver, CEO of W Ketchup, commented: “All great civilizations rise and decline, and we agree with the National Intelligence Council’s conclusion, if the U.S. continues its current course back to 1970’s liberalism.

But Ronald Reagan and the 1980’s confounded the trends and the pessimists of that era, and we’re confident that a renewed Republican Party that stays true to the Conservative principles of free markets, personal responsibility, and limited government will keep this nation great for decades or centuries to come. In the meantime, we trust our brave men and women in uniform to keep America safe.”

GOOD LUCK WITH THAT...

Two Russian warships arrived in Venezuela on Tuesday.

And I'm sure there have been constant updated firing solutions on those two ships since they left Murmansk.

Look, here’s the deal. The military will be gutted by obama. Our so-called leaders don’t want us protected and the military can’t do anyting without real support.

It’s in God’s hands now.

Obama and his people want a one world government. People that voted for him don’t realize this or understand this issue. By the time they figure it out, they may be looking at a revolution. That is the reason for Obama’s civilian army.

Just so long as our military is NEVER asked to swear an oath to President Obama (or any other POTUS, for that matter), we should be good to go. So long as they are sworn to uphold and defend the Constitution, we're good to go. If it ever becomes treasonable to disobey an immoral or unlawful command from the POTUS, we'll all need to decide where and when the last stand will be made.

Thanks for that link!

STAND UP AMERICA! The presidential election is not over!
We voted for electors, not the individual candidates. The electors vote on or after December 15, 2009. The results are then presented to a joint session of Congress and objections may be heard on January 8, 2009. See the letter on my About page hand-delivered to the local offices of my Republican Senators and Representatives. I urge you to take similar action, even if it is simply faxing a one page letter to Washington, D.C.

The POTUS is at the very top of the chain of command. And military personnel who ignore an order from the Commander inf Chief is pretty much committing treason. The military doesn’t exist to uphold the constitution. That’s the job of our elected leaders. It is definitely not up to anyone who is subordinate to question the orders of a superior officer. Our milittary works so well because people below you do what you say, and if it was wrong it all comes out in the wash later. If a soldier questions the orders of a commanding officer the whole command structure breaks down and our armed forces start to look more like a gang. I don’t think that’s what you want, is it?

About as simple and clear as it gets.

Well, actually no it isn't. I just don't want Obama to become Hitler and those in the military have to retire to keep from going through a court martial and being used against the Constitution.

I would think one would have to have a VERY good reason to question an order, but I can see in a situation with a Nut at the top of the chain of command where it might happen. Actually, it did happen in Germany and in other places where idiocy ran amok.

Man, people really have to stop the 0bama-Hitler comparisons. I hate that he won, but that’s beyond the pale and it makes our side look absolutely crazy.

Regardless, disobey an order and you get into superbig trouble. Much more trouble than if you follow an order and do something bad as a result. Our whole military system is based upon not questioning orders. If a soldier could get away with not following an order, D-Day never would have happened.

Rent Gallipoli (one of mel gibson’s first movies). It tackles the subject pretty well. How do you make a group of soldiers do something that means almost certain death? You have to make sure they know that disobeying will be worse than death. You HAVE to make soldiers overcome their fears and do things that normal people in normal situations could never do. Disobeying an order changes everything. I’m rambling, sorry!

I do agree with your sentiment though. We just have to pray that 0bama doesn’t get us all killed.

I'm sorry. I don't mean to compare him to anyone. He's his own man, BUT (and it's a big BUT), so far as I'm aware, the oath public servants and the military take is to “uphold and defend the Constitution”. I would hope, before taking that oath, one would be conversant enough with the document to realize when it isn't being upheld.

I don't know what recourse one would have in the service. It's not like you continue to play, but protest the game. I presume (which is always dangerous) that someone is watching those in command or in office to make certain we are all on the same page with the Constitution.

I understand authority, but I also understand when something must be entered in the record to protect one’s behind.

And military personnel who ignore an order from the Commander inf Chief is pretty much committing treason.

You are incorrect. Military personnel are only obligated to obey lawful orders, not any orders. But even failing to obey lawful orders is not treason, merely insubordination.

The military doesn’t exist to uphold the constitution.

Nonsense; that is exactly their job. That's why their oath begins "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic".

It is definitely not up to anyone who is subordinate to question the orders of a superior officer

On the contrary, consideration of the legality of orders is an obligation. Naturally both officers and enlisted alike may presume legality in the absence of evidence otherwise, but that does not mean that such a consideration is not to be made when the order appear questionable.

Our milittary works so well because people below you do what you say, and if it was wrong it all comes out in the wash later.

That is not how our military works at all.

If a soldier questions the orders of a commanding officer the whole command structure breaks down and our armed forces start to look more like a gang

More nonsense. Illegal orders should not be obeyed; and it IS up to the individual soldier to know what is legal. It is especially the duty of an officer to insure that any orders that he propagates (to junior officers or the enlisted) are legal.

There HAVE to be limits somewhere. At some point, a soldier is expected to recognize an illegal order. What the hell was Nuremberg all about then? “I was just following orders.” Not good enough then, not now, not ever.

By the time they figure it out, they may be looking at a revolution.

They'll be the first ones revolting, because NObama ain't going to be giving them what they want when they want it!

He promised them ice cream...they won't even get ice.

Hey, Exlax, military members are sworn to defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic.

They are also responsible to disregard unlawful orders.

Disobeying an order is not the same as treason even if it is the president who issues the order.

So....seems you just don't know what you're saying
