So what will Obama do about this?

Who's afraid of Obama? NOBODY. The US is about to become a toothless tiger.

In Sea Exercises, A Sign for Obama. Chavez to Remain a Challenge for U.S.

http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2008/11/25/AR2008112502552.html

The arrival of Russian President Dmitry Medvedev and a naval squadron in Venezuela this week is an unequivocal message to President-elect Barack Obama that his most nettlesome challenge in the Americas will be Venezuela’s populist government and its oil-fueled crusade against U.S. influence, political analysts say.

I looked into his eyes...

Russia and China are making compacts around the world with all of our enemies. They are emboldened and feel that they will be able to play Barack Hussein Obama like a cheap fiddle and pluck the Eagles feathers in the process

China is not building its large modern navy to play in a bathtub with and we'd best be on our guard...but with Obama, I am afraid weare going to be far from it.

The question will be: does he fight them or join them?

Even if he has a superior National Security team in place, the risks are critical and we know (Biden said it) this whole faceoff is to test the inexperienced lad from Chicago just as Khruschev tested Kennedy.

Why should Obama be concerned? Hell, those are his buddies. He’ll soon be having the U.S. Navy doing exercises WITH them.

Obama is a member of their band. He and his friends are going to beat the American people like a DRUM!

Obama's preacher said "GOD DAMN AMERICA." Obama is not going to fight anyone but the American people.

Now what was that called? The Non.. the Con... oh yeah, the F'ing Monroe Doctrine and the Roosevelt Corollary..

In fact if they taught history in school they'd even know that Venezuela was the primary cause of the Roosevelt corollary.

The first russian tender/sub/destroyer/missile frigate/ should be made into this...

We'd be better off in the long run if people realized that we shouldn't have Russians/Chinese or any Europeans involved with the South American/Central American area. Just Capitalism and representative democracies. Anybody that doesn't "like" us , can do without our aid. Anybody that wants a representative democracy will get money and military aid.

Let's see how "tough" the dems are now. Russian is looking to see if we bother to defend our hemisphere or if we'll just "get along". All the fledgling democracies will see what's in store for them when the bullies come knockin.

What is the point at which President-elect Obama votes "present" to defend the western Hemisphere and all 57 or 58 states.
