I’ve seen this ban on travel plaster around the net but have yet to see a link to the governmental ban disallowing the travel. If you ever see a link to that ban please ping me to it. I’ve done a limited search for the ban but haven’t been successful in finding it.
I have never seen a ban on civilian or official government travel to Indonesia. The last time I remember there being problems in that area was when East Timor had some civil unrest during this elections, but even then, I don’t think that any type of travel to Indonesia was banned.
