NEW YORK (MarketWatch) — Pakistan security forces arrested at least a dozen alleged militants including one of the purported masterminds of the November terror attacks on Mumbai, according to reports from the region Monday. Among those taken into custody, Zaki-ur-Rehman Lakhvi was said to have helped planned the attacks, which took 171 lives. Several reports identified Lakhvi as a commander of Lashkar-e-Taiba, a militant group known for its armed opposition to India’s control of part of Kashmir, a Muslim-majority mountain territory also claimed by Pakistan.
