Gunman? Militants, Who are these people? Could these Gunman belong to the religion of Peace? Are they Muslim? For some reason the author does not want the reader to know ISLAM is responsible!

Just ask the people in NY or Bali or Beslan or Sderot or any of the other fine places where muslims regularly interact with dirty kafirs er... their fellow men, (yeah, that's it).
