BHO is not bothered with telling different stories to different people at different times.
The current you tube and cell phone cameras are messing him up.
I am not in any way, shape or form convinced that Obama is inelgible to serve. How could I be? I do not have access to the facts, nor am I an expert in that area of the law.
That said, there do appear to be significant questions here. For one thing, this controversy has made it abundantly clear that there is NO MECHANISM FOR ENFORCING THE CONSTITUTIONAL STANDARD.
The parties (or the candidate!) have the nominal responsibility to somehow, to some unknown degree, by someone unknow process and procedure “declare” the candidate is constitutionally eligible, but NO ONE has been able to discover that process or challenge it.
Is that sufficient in light of the constitutional harm that would result from failure to determine eligibility? NO.
From that point alone, it is worth getting this issue to daylight. We need some way to official and publicly vet the eligibility of candidates (or at least President and VP selects), and a way to challenge that vetting and a remedy. Even if the SCOTUS says only that and gets Congress to take action, this will have been worth it.
I am not comfortable knowing that some dumb party hack on either side of the aisle is rubberstamping “natural born citizen” on whichever dude they think can win or has won.
Potlatch, I've been advocating for that very thing for a while now. I suggest that ten million American taxpayers simultaneously refuse to pay. Name a date, and everyone on board stops funding their own enslavement on that same day.
Ten million protesters is a revolution, which cannot be prosecuted. I say hold out long enough to force the government to actually give us the representation that We The People are clearly lacking in government.
Interesting that his black grandmother in Kenya said that BHO was born in Kenya.
Then his white grandmother never reversed that fact when she was alive.

I don’t know if there are actual records (as opposed to internet buzz) about Anne’s travels during that time and shortly after.
She is said to have been in Kenya and then she went to Washington State shortly after Obama was born.
This situation is the strangest fact pattern ever.

They can get ALL the financial benefits of the U.S. and do not have birth certificates. They can get ALL the illegal protections of the U.S. with no official birth certificate.
The socialism of the Democrat party has ensured ALL can get the benefits of living in this country. NO birth certificate or citizenship document needed.
The birth announcement in the paper has NOTHING to do with the parents or grandparents.
The State routinely supplied the list of birth registrations to the newspaper for publication.
You will note that they are all minimal information - no flowery congratulations or celebrations of a new family member - these were NOT placed by the family.
Therefore the announcement in the newspaper is of no importance whatsoever. It merely endorses the fact that his birth was registered in Hawaii, which we already know.
It doesn't say anything about WHERE he was born, and he could have been born outside the US and still be registered by his Hawaiian resident parent(s).

If they rule him ineligible, then they MIGHT rule that he was NEVER POTUS (even though he was sworn in) and ALL laws, rules, appontments, etc. made since 20 Jan. 2009 would have to be rolled back.
Would they then devolve to McCain - all the way back to the Electoral College (using the House of Representatives per the 12th Amendment) or devolve to Biden (per the 25th Amendment) ???

Or Ann married Barack and then gave birth to Frank Marshall’s baby which, under most laws at the time, would make Barack the legal father by reason of the marriage.

As to a paper trail that is less likely after all this time and the Kenyan government has sealed the Mombasa hospital records so no one can check those.
