I disagree with #3. I think that the Constitution puts the burden on presidential candidates to prove that they are a natural-born US citizen regardless of privacy issues if this point is challenged. Why would anybody else have the burden of proof?

Democrats control both houses of the legislature in 23 states; Republicans in 15 and 11 are split. This adds up to 49 states because Nebraska's legislature is nonpartisan.
With a constitutional convention they could do as was done in 1787 and generate a completely new document. Get it ratified by 3/4's of the states (of which they have 2/3's already) and poof, health care is a right, guns are illegal, presidential term limits are gone, "natural born" is gone and "naturalized" is in for president, and on and on. That's the real goal here...the crisis is the means to the goal.

IMHO, the media does not want to be responsible for starting the riots this is going to cause.
When the truth comes out, it will be “whitey” who fabricated this and civil unrest will prevalent in every urban area across the country. Makes me glad to be rural.
But again, if the media started feeding on this and airing it daily, whether positive to us or negative against us, the unrest would have started already.
No media outlet would want to be responsible for that. I do want to note, however, this does not take away my loathing for the MSM. They caused this in the first place by blowing off Acorn, voter fraud and overseas funding. They are truly P’s of S!!!
