The Heroic Mr. Donofrio Will Not Succeed Where the Dems Failed to Tread
Men for Palin Blog ^ | December 4, 2008 | W. T. Howes

Was BHO born in Kenya? Did he become a citizen of Indonesia? These are questions that were not throughly explored by the candidates who ran against BHO in the Democratic Party primaries and caucuses. Messrs. Berg and Donofrio are giving their own life blood to bring the question to a head, but their quest will end tomorrow when the United Supreme Court puts an end to Donfrio v. Wells.

Grammar clean up, some improvements to my prior post 10:
So it is that a series of legal decisions each branched from the other can end up at a ruling that is totally perverted from all the original intent of a law. A ruling with no semblance of moral sanity. And by all the twists and turns of stare decisis that end up at that distant result the ruling is made inscrutable to any who would consider it.

The inscrutability of such rulings comes to cut off the wisdom shared between generations, and the perversity comes to mock the law and the process of law, and thus to destroy the society.

Besides, uncovering records of that nature in foreign countries

Obama's on top of that too. FReeper, expatguy, reported the following:

U.S. Congressman Eni Faleomavaega (D - American Samoa) was in Jakarta, Indonesia, where had a private meeting in Jakarta with Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono and Barnabas Suebu the governor for the Indonesian province of Papau. In the meeting, Faleomavaega asked to travel to Obama's childhood school.

According to our Indonesian sources, "officials" who accompanied Faleomavaega were interested in acquiring any and all documentation or photographs of a young Barry Soetoro for America's "national archives" and they were offering cash, lots of it. In a show of faith, Barack Obama's childhood school would be one of the very first beneficiaries of this outpouring receiving thousands of dollars to upgrade the school and for the purchase of computer equipment, thanks in part to the benevolence of this visiting junket.

The challenge of course was securing Indonesian government records potentially damaging to Barack Obama's candidacy for the U. S. presidency as well as other records pertaining to a young Barry Soetoro and his family wouldn't be so easy to acquire and secure, and for this, the visitors would need the assistance and cooperation of the Indonesian government.

"I find it very difficult to believe that the Supreme Court of the United States of America will knowingly swear in a constitutionally unqualified president because the “right” people failed to challenge his qualifications to run!"

I find it hard to believe myself. The United States Supreme Court's JOB is to not only uphold the Constitution but act as the superivor of it. It's their job! What the hell is this guy even talking about?

No law citations, no nothing, all opinion and not one shred of evidence that points to the responsibility the SCOTUS has in determining cases.

Nope.

But we do need to get some kind of procedure for vetting eligibility in the future. This loosey-goosey lipservice by the candidate’s own party is constitutionally gross.

We need a set procedure, with a known standard, a public result, a mechanism for challenge, and a remedy for use when appropriate.
