Interestingly, the National Committees of each party AND the Council for Presidential Debates both claim to confirm the candidates for eligibility.

I hope my fellow FReepers, Conservatives and anyone with an interest in preserving the Constitution of the United States will take note of the deafening silence coming from the GOP.

I have noticed the silence from the GOP for some time! It stands to reason when Senator McCain also does not meet the Constitutional requirements to hold the Office of President!

The more I read about all of this the more I am angry with everybody and that includes John McCain and the RNC.

If you read Donofrio's case he listed John McCain as not eligible and this has been nagging at me. You see, I think McCain knew he had a problem with his Natural Born status, too. Earlier this year the Senate passed a resolution to confer Natural Born status on John McCain. Why? He ran in 2000 and was assumed to be legit at the time, why would that change in 2008? I think he must have discovered he, constitutionally, wasn't a Natural Born Citizen and got his buddies in the Senate, one of whom was Obama, to rectify it. The RNC must have been aware of this and perpetrated a fraud on the Republican voters. I kept bashing my head against the wall during the campaign wondering why the RNC, McCain other Rep. Officials, talk show hosts included were not making Obama's citizenship an issue and this is because they had all been compromised. Everyone keeps saying 'they all know about Obama but won't say anything', but they all knew about McCain, too.

The Dems probably have a ton of dirt on GOP congressmen which is why they aren't saying a word. Remember when Clinton got all those FBI files when he took office?

The GOP is probably being blackmailed big time by the Dems and are being intimidated into shutting up over this Birth Certificate issue.

Americans who believe in the Constitution aren't going to shut up.

Do you know if anyone from the Constitution Party or Libertarian Party are making a fuss about this?

It seems like a natural for the Constitution Party. I will contact them. Maybe, we all should.
