How are they different than this one? Why will they have any better chance of getting a hearing?

CharacterCounts, as a citizen of this country, whose life is DIRECTLY affected by the actions Barack Obama, do you disagree that I do NOT have "standing"?

If this case is not examined in court, then it will NOT be on the basis of a "lack of standing", it is going to be on the basis of cowardice and political expedience.
