With a President with dual loyalties will come his policies. If you think that you will be successful in contesting his policies without first contesting his eligibility to implement those policies, you have rude awakening ahead of you.

This issue will not go away, the Supremme Court may or maynot hear this but they will realize the effects from their cowardness soon enough.
