Donofro’s case didn’t question where Obama was born, it started with the assumption that he was born in Hawaii.
That's what's wrong. The assumption was made that the Marxist was born in Hawaii. Therefore, the whole case must be flawed.

I think the flaw with his case was that he tried to argue British Common Law as original intent.
