I’m sorry, but that’s no accident. Intentionally drugging a little girl to go clubbing is just as much a crime as murder, imo.
Killing someone by a reckless and illegal act probably falls short of murder. Manslaughter? It is difficult to separate emotions from the law in this sad circumstance.
