It is serious... but as you said earlier... nothing that I say or do will change anything... and anything that Bush and Cheney do now will just be destroyed when hussein puts our Nation on the fastrack to bankruptcy. I am already planning on the contingency that I will have to close down my main 34 year old business... the supply side prices are skyrocketing and my available customer base is already shrinking. My plan is NOT to depend on government for anything at all... because they will have nothing after 24 months of the muzzie marxist. I see two Nations emerging where there once stood one... if we are that lucky!

Well, I figure that if we could emerge from the last Great Depression and have good economic successes in between then and now — we can certainly see the same thing happen again.
So, I don’t see dire results from going through a Great Depression, as long as the “patient” is treated with whatever measures are necessary to keep it alive, in the meantime.
After that, the patient will recover and go back to a sound footing — *just like it happened before*.
If it happened once and we made it through, then we’ll certainly do so again.
