Coleman can appeal all he wants, the SCOTUS will not hear the case.

I can’t think of a single reason why they should.


It’s still a Republican majority Supreme Court. I can see them finding for Coleman to prevent one-party Democrat rule.

It's not the Supreme Courts job, State or Federal, to prevent one-party rule

Courts are supposed to non partisan, ruling to prevent one-party rule would fly in the face of their stated principles

I will eat a fly if the SCOTUS takes the case. They will NEVER take the case.
