I don't think that will happen.
They already ruled on universal standards for each county because they want the same standards used to count the improperly rejected ballots in each local so the already counted ballots and the newly approved ballots are counted by the same standard by each official.
To impose a statewide standard would throw into question how all the ballots where counted.
