Your ad hominem vitriol notwithstanding, God bless him for continuing to push the case. If Osama bin Laden could successfully petition the court to get Zero to show that BC, I'd thank him for it. Of course, then I'd shoot him in the knees and then begin his months-long punishments, but I'd be thankful that the case was finally presented successfully regardless of who petitioned.
Think of Berg as "Plaintiff John Doe", and decouple the personal animosity from the validity of the points of the case.
