“Someone should have told her it sometimes gets like this in winter.”

Here in Spokane it is easily a 100 year event, record snows in record short times. Milk isn’t on the store shelves, city services shut down, driving beyond treacerous. The local Mayors all called for this decree, she did the right thing.

I grew up in the Palouse and have never seen anything like what you’re going through. Another reason to live on the “coast”.

Living immediately north of you in the Kootenays, I was relieved to see last week’s big dump miss us and hit you and Coeur d’Alene.

We just have our normal foot of snow, none of that deep stuff!
