It was stated that citizens can write to their members of Congress and request them to call for a point of order to question Obama’s qualifications. That if a Congress member receives this request in writing and notarized, it is his/her duty to raise the point of order on the floor.

I had not heard that before, but the caller said it is evident under the First Amendment in that it amounts to a petition of redress of grievances. Calling on knowledgeable Freepers to explain further!

I agree. The SC will weasel their way out of the entire matter. Maybe we need a constitutional amendment that a person must produced a long form birth certificate at the time of filing to run for president to a committee of at least 3 or something to verify it. I never thought I would see the day an undocumented resident could become president of the United States. This is really a horrible precedent. If there was nothing to hide, surely he would have poduced the long form birth certificate by now. What possible reason could he have for not doing so?

Stating once again, forget the natural born citizen aspect. If he was born in Kenya he has committed not only fraud but MAIL FRAUD. He claimed he was born in Hawaii and if not he committed fraud.

Yeah he admitted it was him and wants not to talk about it ever. He records his show and he stopped his show turned off his recording it and admitted it. I swear. He said they killed two of them and had already buried them and someone with a badge showed up later they dug them up and the people with badges took the bones. I just got an email saying I was banned from his show (Ed Hale). I think I'll go and slit my wrists. I emailed him and stated Berg had the same Obama Dunham divorce papers and he emailed and said I'm barred. His email had all kinds of cuss words.
