S. or its territory for a certain length of time in order for her citizenship to be automatically conferred on her child? Was that, too, just idle chatter?
There is absolutely no real-world reason (based on evidence) to think that an 18 year old Dunham even went to Kenya to have her baby. The decree shows that she was in Hawaii when she got married and still in Hawaii when she got divorced.

I don’t believe they can just “change the law” as it is written into the Constitution. There is a specific ratification process in place written therein.
Of course, in these days of up-is-down, right-is-wrong who knows what would happen should we receive irrefutable proof that Nobama is not a “natural born citizen”.

I think it all still holds and in fact, is premise of many of the arguments against Obama’s eligibility.
It was not, is not idle imho, but as in the case of all of this, getting a legitimate legal forum or court —or the mainstream press—to consider evidence against the eligibility of a democratically elected president is a daunting task.

Makes sense, seeing how she was in the company of a British subject (citizen of a British colony) at one time or another during her trip. It’s likely that a British airline would be the primary carrier into and out of this British colony.
In a different post, possibly at a different site, Baltimore was mentioned as the next clue, per Ed Hale. I do not know if this was disinformation on Ed’s part, or erroneously posted (intentionally) by the poster, or actually the truth and therefore the POE?
The better route to HI would be a Pacific route. No US POE necessary...
