First up, the Supreme Court will conference on January 9, I believe they are considering two cases. Obama will be confirmed by the Congress on January 8, so the suits have standing.
I honestly doubt no court will take this case on. Even with four Conservative Justices and a CJ, hearing this case and discovering Obama committed the biggest scam in U.S. history would welcome a social civil war and rioting in the streets. You saw what his supporters did when he won, imagine what they’ll do if it’s discovered he isn’t eligible. The masses that voted for him probably don’t understand the legal bindings of the U.S. Constitution. Not saying they are idiots, I’m just saying, people will take to the streets. No court is willing to let that happen. This is BIGGER than Bush vs. Gore.
If there is actual proof of the POE and not just some radio discussion about it, it should be brought forward, certainly to Mr. Berg’s attention. I’m skeptical on this anyways. I do however feel that there is A LOT of covering up and funny business in the Obama family and with his associates.
People keep saying that Joe Biden would be President...this certainly would prove it’s not a Republican / Democrat conspiracy if Biden is sworn in as President...but...if it’s discovered that Barack Obama is eneligable, to the best of my understanding, every appointment he made, every law he signed, would be voided. This includes Joe Biden as Vice President and Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State (third in line)...both would be unemployeed. Fourth in line of succession would be House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. However, I WOULD imagine that President Obama would either resign or be impeached, Vice President Biden would enact the 25th Amendment and a special election would be held given, or both Obama and Biden would be gone, Pelosi would assume the role of President (making her the first female President, but not elected) and a special election held.
Either way, as much as this issue has merit, I honestly doubt it will ever turn into anything more than just millions of American’s concerned. Obama is so good that he’ll eventually produce a long-form birth certificate, it might even appear old and we’ll all be told “I told you so.” But he sure is wasting tax payers money by holding out on us.

Well n00bie, Obama posted as his proof of eligibility a document that is not only insufficient to prove if he is a natiural born American citizen, the document is most likely a forgery. Obama used that document to collect hundreds of millions in campaign funds, so if he used a forged document and/or knew he was not eligible to be president, if just one case goes to the discovery phase in a court of law, Obama will be exposed to criminal prosecution by his document being found a forgery. Is that exposure worht a million dollars to try and avoid? Barack Obama’s handlers think so. The DNC who put this lying fraud into the ring think so. And apparently too many freepers don’t want the truth to come out.

It's true of Hillary, but not true of Biden. Biden got his own electoral votes for VP. True, Obama effectively appointed him, but only through the mechanism of the Democrat Party convention. Thus Biden would still be VP, or VP elect depending on the timing. But if the DQ came before Thursday, the House would need to pick McCain, as the only other person to get any Presidential electoral votes. If DQ came after Thursday...
