Despite being pressured by traditional family advocates to stop, Campbell's Soup Company, maker of Swanson's brand broth, has vowed to continue spending its advertising dollars in pro-homosexual publications.
As WND reported earlier, the American Family Association objected to a Swanson's broth magazine ad that depicts a lesbian couple and their son. The ad was placed in the December 2008 and January 2009 issues of The Advocate, a magazine that touts itself with the line, "For 40 years, setting the standard in LGBT journalism."
Campbell's Soup, however, has brushed off the AFA's complaint.
MediaDailyNews quoted a company spokesperson explaining, "Inclusion and diversity play an important role in our business, and that fact is reflected in our marketing plan."
According to a Campbell's representative, "Our plans for the Swanson brand include additional placements in The Advocate."

Well, damn! just damn!
time for us to remember how to make homemade soup......how hard can it be? and healthier?
Well, my children, when it comes to Campbell’s, it’s “NO SOUP FOR YOU!” from this day forward. I am not kidding.
Anyone know where Progresso stands on the gay soup issue?
Thanks for posting the list of products I’ll be boycotting. Maybe also some other Campbell-annoying things I won’t mention. ;)
All soup is gay, didn’t you know?
Pepsi is also giving lots of money to these groups. Lots = $500,000
Campbells joins Heinz and Vermont as companies and areas that have no products on my shelf.

Home made soup is very easy. I lot cheaper and if you buy hot steam canner, you can do a bunch. i have been doing it for about 6 months now and make my own. Much better for your, alot more economical and helps you in the event times really do get tough. Soup goes along way.
They are entitled to their point of view. I do not need to buy their products.
I guess this pencil necked geek and his retarded superiors have forgotten that there are consequences to any action.
For every one homosexual they get to but their products they will lose 1000 normal people.
Plus, homemade soup tastes much better than this processed swill.
"Mmm mmm good. Possibilities."
I'll say, yes you are correct.
Campbell’s Soup has honed a family image that has seen it flourish over the decades. If they value the sales to 1 to 2% of the public over the sales to 98% of the public, they can have that market segment, and I’ll go elsewhere.
It’s time the normal public started telling these activists and activist companies right where to go. I’ll be doing so with my purchasing dollars.
It easier than easy. I have been doing it for decades without a recipe. That means it's always just a little bit different but always good. The best part is you make soup "to taste." If it isn't quite "there" yet, then you add a little of this or that until it is. Soup freezes really well in ZipLock bags, too.
All you have to bear in mind is you can always increase an ingredient but never decrease it once it's in the pot.
The new slogan is, ‘CAMPBELL’S SOUP WILL MAKE YOU GAY!NOT ONLY GAY, BUT VERY, VERY, VERY GAY!’
Tnx for the product list. They’ll never see my cupboard again. I’m neutral on gays, but gay adverts are over the limit.
If they value the sales to 1 to 2% of the public over the sales to 98% of the public, they can have that market segment, and Ill go elsewhere.
The vast majority of that 98% of the population don’t care — they just want a bowl of soup with their grilled cheese.
