Lets assume SCOTUS really has Americas best interest in hand and yet still adhere to the Constitution.
They allow the inauguration to proceed though I have a gut feeling its going to be postponed for “weather” reasons.
Either recently, now or immediately after the ceremony SCOTUS or whatever acronym approaches Obama and they lay their cards out and show the Royal Flush against his busted flush, they own him, his soul, his speeches and his freedom.
Obama suddenly starts leaning to the center, or has he already done that?
We will look at this figure of a president and we will judge him and his supporters will cry day after day that he is becoming more of a republican, in some ways he is more so than McCain was right now.

Not likely. The weather at Reagan's 2nd inaugural (January 1985) was bitterly cold, so cold that all DC residents were advised to stay indoors if at all possible. The Inauguration wasn't postponed; Reagan's swearing-in took place in a private ceremony indoors and the Inaugural itself took place inside the Capitol.
But you may be right, if the weather is inclement and the organizers decide that crowds are of such a size that no public building would be available to handle them, it may be "rescheduled."

I once had a tick stuck in my arm. I removed it by holding a lit match next to its behind. The little bugger backed out quickly (head and all) and I was then able to burn it to a crisp. :)
