They just can’t get over it, Will of the People notwithstanding......they’re still shrieking like hysterical little girls over in Palm Springs.

Yes, Palm Springs becomes Homo-Central a couple of weekends each year.

I’ll still vote against gay marriage.

"Equality"?

It's already equal.

It doesn't restrict gays any more than it does anyone else.

I'm not gay and I can't marry another man, same as it applies to gays.

Where do they get off calling it an "equality" measure?

The liberals just won’t stop, will they? When will they realize that the PEOPLE have spoken? NO GAY MARRIAGE!!!!

The liberals don’t care at all about the results of a vote. They want to impose their will and their doctrine upon us all.

How absurd. There’s no prohibition on having an election to repeal something that just passed?

And you thought Prop 8 was bad, wait until Prop 69, or is that 99? 66? Whatever....

The outcome of this new proposition may be in question as Obama is not going to be on the ballot this time.

"Marraige Equality Act"? LOL! So if I want to pass the "Gravity Equality Act" then things would fall up?

Can’t marry a first cousin either. Can’t marry a minor. Can’t...

After the Lawrence v. Texas supreme court activist decision, there was an adult couple (in their twenties) who were being charged with incest (I think the woman, who was a year or two older, was pregnant) and they weren’t even related (they were both adopted into a family).

Don’t see the “let them love” crowd take up their case.

Depends on what you mean by Gravity Equality.

Gravitation accelerates all objects at the same rate.

It would take a vacuum for gravity to be “equal”.

And if this passes, would there be a prohibition on ANOTHER prop to restore it?

Sure this is a fight to the end. It is inevitable that Homosexuals will win because our culture is morally bankrupt. However we must fight the good fight. It is our duty to not let up.

What are they going to do if it isn’t repealed — live with it, cause more disruption? Don’t they think their criminal actions have consequences and turn off a lot of the populace?

How about letting them have their homosexual marriage then, but it has to be labeled as such in the law to differentiate between a real marriage between a man and a woman and a “marriage” between two homosexuals. Most people won’t hold it in the same regard as a marriage between a man and a woman, but that’s something the gays will have to live with and something most heterosexuals might be able to live with, just so it’s differentiated.

Just a few corrections weegee

> Can’t marry a first cousin either

Depends on the state, about two dozen allow first cousins to marry.

> Can’t marry a minor.

Again, depends on the state. It is possible in some states for females as young as 14 to get married. Stuff like that requires parental consent and sometimes permission of a court.

no it could just be back and forth.

Now, you could borrow a page from the homosexual hacktivists and simple publish the names of every person who signs onto this petition.

IE if any actor or actress signs onto this, then they become box office poison.

They have to get the signatures to get it on the ballot.

Also take note, the fact they are doing this means their court case is toast.

Hollyweird is already doing a full court press.

The poofy parade j.stuart show was ridiculing people of color for not voting along side their “equally discriminated” homosexual alies. (stuart was pushing the meme that homosexuality is an imutable trait like skin color)

also look for more junk science to push the born that way lie.

this will coincide with obama forcing the military ranks to have homosexuals in close proximity.
