Hi Jonny. So many memories. So many indelible moments. The one depicted in the photo you posted makes me hope that one day the shield will be on display in the George W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum. I will make the trip to Texas to visit that library and say a prayer for Officer Howard and all those who died on 9/11/01. during the anthrax attacks, and on the battlefield protecting us these past eight years.

banks and cars aren't going to matter one bit if we are not safe AND President Bush, you kept us safe!

One will never know what President Bush would have accomplished in so many other important matters of our lives if had not have had to deal with 9-11. But he did.

I will miss you and I will worry for my son and I.

I know that you could not be president forever BUT I just have such unease. It's so hard to discard.

I lift my Sam Adams light in salute to President Bush hoping and praying that America can withstand at least the next four years as safe as it has been for the last 7+.
