I put that thread in my FR file as a keepsake. That was one of my most pleasant days on FR - to be shunned by the weirdo was a gift. I want it back.
IMHO, your reaction is odd. What is wrong about keeping a post for seven years? Even older posts have been saved on FR and can be found with just simple research.
