He asked to see me, and I simply welcomed him to Washington, and then I said Dr. Wright, I want to bring you a warning: your embrace of Marxist liberation theology. In March of 2007, FOX News host Sean Hannity had engaged Obama’s pastor in a heated interview about his Church’s teachings. For many viewers, the ensuing shouting match was their first exposure to "Black Liberation Theology"...
Like the pro-communist Liberation Theology that swept Central America in the 1980s and was repeatedly condemned by Pope John Paul II, Black Liberation Theology combines warmed-over 1960s vintage Marxism with carefully distorted biblical passages. However, in contrast to traditional Marxism, it emphasizes race rather than class. The Christian notion of "salvation" in the afterlife is superseded by "liberation" on earth, courtesy of the establishment of a socialist utopia.

In the days when the Superpowers were locked in a Cold War, Latin America seethed with revolution, and millions lived behind an iron curtain, a group of theologians concocted a novel idea within the history of Christianity. They proposed to combine the teachings of Jesus with the teachings of Marx as a way of justifying violent revolution to overthrow the economics of capitalism.
The Gospels were re-rendered not as doctrine impacting on the human soul but rather as windows into the historical dialectic of class struggle. These "liberation theologians" saw every biblical criticism of the rich as a mandate to expropriate the expropriating owners of capital, and every expression of compassion for the poor as a call for an uprising by the proletarian class of peasants and workers.

Most people do not have any ideal how prevalent this hatred is in the black community. Black teachers in black public schools preach the same hatred to their classes as Wright, and his ilk, preach to their congregations.
It actually starts when the children are just toddlers. They get their “oral history” from their families. The hate starts early and is constant throughout their lives.
It’s really no different than the Palestinians teaching their children to hate Jews and other non-muslims.
What is "Afrocentrism" but right wing "blood and soil" nationalism? It is because of the mystical nationalist element (offered to some but not others) that Leftism can be classified as two ideologies rather than just one: the Leftism of the guilty liberal and the Leftism of the "oppressed." The former is the self-hating, internationalist, "kum-ba-yah" Leftism we are all so familiar with. The latter is nothing short of national socialism, though egalitarian rather than hierarchical.
Poor whites in America are not offered what Blacks are offered. The Left celebrates Black identity, Black religion, Black nationalism, Black English, even Black ignorance. Poor whites are told to turn their backs on any ethnic identity and religion and are made fun of for their speech and religion. So long as this is the case poor whites will never join the Left no matter how much welfare and food stamps the Left gives them.
The Left offers poor whites money. To poor Blacks it offers (in addition to the money) pride, mystical nationalism, and self-worship.
And contrary to what many conservatives believe, non-whites aren't the only beneficiaries of this Leftist nationalism. Examples of "oppressed" white nationalities glorified by the Left include the French Quebecois, the Basques, the Irish, the Scots, the Bretons, the Cornish, the Manx, and even the Castilians (who are to Spain what the English are to Great Britain, and thus technically the "oppressors"). I'm just waiting for the Louisiana Cajuns to join the club.
In the late nineteenth century the Irish were assured that they need not modify their religious beliefs in order to be good Marxists (since Irish Catholics were "oppressed"). Meanwhile English Marxists were expected to hate their country and to reject religion.
Let me know when the Left offers me the same deal they offer the Blacks and the Irish.
Yep, Wright and Ayers are unrepentant, unreconstructed members of what was termed in the 60’s the “New Left”. Their leftist friends keep on trying to “mainstream” them.

In the photo of Michelle Obama at Operation Push (a Jesse Jackson front group)with Mrs. Farrakhan is another curious figure:Judge Arnette Hubbard is related to former Chicago alderman Fred Hubbard who was sent to prison for stealing Federal antipoverty funds. Alderman Hubbard was arrested in a Las Vegas hotel room with a suitcase full of the stolen money. Judge Hubbard was rated unqualified for the judiciary by the council of lawyers in Chicago.
Look . . . you're a nice guy, and I don't want to take anything out on you, but I've been posting this message over and over and over and no one addresses it in the replies. And neither have you.
I just pointed out that the Left has two ideologies, not one, which it presents to people based on whether they are the "thesis" or the "antithesis." I pointed out that the Left is basically the "far right wing" for the "oppressed." I listed a whole group of people who benefit from this leftist mystical nationalism. Then I see someone has replied to my post, I click on it, and you don't say a single, solitary word about any of this but just mention "Marxism."
Please don't misunderstand. It's not just you. Every single time I post this message the responses completely ignore what I have said. You're not getting this rant because your reply was worse than everyone else's; it's just that your response was the straw that broke the camel's back!
