Not to worry. John Murtha (D-PA) has volunteered to have the terrorists come to PA, where there is a “minimum security prison” for their incarceration.
If we bring them here, then they have a constitutional right to be released on bail.

Several lawyers from white shoe law firms have already said they would request bail for their “clients” should the detainees be brought to the United States.
