But it is there if you know where to look.

I know and described exactly where to look. Based on the Factcheck photos, it should be right above the blue/purple date stamp, which is reversed because it's on the back. I don't see it there, or anywhere.

Do you have a link to where "Polarik acknowledges that it is there"?

Here is another Hawaii CoLB. As you can see both the fold and the seal are easily visibile.

It's little lower and farther to the right than where the "Seal" appears on the "factcheck photos".

I agree .. but sadly neither you or I are making the decision to face the truth - demand a US birth certificate - and if there is none .. remove Obama from office.

How many are willing to tear the country apart .. not many I suppose.

“Talking to him about his birth certificate would have been illegal.”

Hmmmm ..?? Could that be because Roberts would be “discussing the case” with a member of one of the parties to the case ..??

Did this meeting transpire before or after the 2nd swearing-in ..?? I never did get the timeline.

While a great majority of blacks are law abiding .. Watts was literally torn apart and has never recovered - and the damage was done by just a handful of blacks. They even destroyed businesses owned by other blacks.

That’s the point I was trying to make.

And .. along with all the left-wing hate groups (financed by George Soros) .. would make a strong group of people willing to destroy this country.

And .. I am still allowed to “think” whatever I want .. and I’m probably the most NON-racist person you will ever meet. But .. that doesn’t mean I cannot think for myself; and that I cannot see the truthful writing on the wall.

Fine with me.

Just don’t think any plan will work well for long though all of any hope should be pursued as far as they’ll go.

Hunkering down in The Lord’s lap is the chief priority.

The Oligarchy think they have all their bases covered. They are wrong. However, only God will be able to have GREAT impact against them.

They are, after all, scheduled to be in control overtly what . . . 3.5 to 7 years? Not greatly long in the eternal scheme of things but more than long enough for those hurt by them . . . in the 100’s of millions.

Certainly I’d be happy for the military to express collective outrage and displeasure at the puppets and the puppet masters.

However, with sufficient turncoats IN our own military plus lots of other nations’ militaries at their beck and call . . . there are lots of ways it will likely get very messy indeed.

mlo:You are seeing what you want to see. There was a direct question, with a direct answer.

---------

The Swamp: "Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawai'i, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawai'i State Department of Health has Sen. Obama's original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures," Fukino said in the three paragraph statement.

"No state official, including Governor Linda Lingle, has ever instructed that this vital record be handled in a manner different from any other vital record in the possession of the State of Hawai'i," the statement concludes.

Does this mean Obama was born in Hawaii?

"Yes," said Hawaii Health Department spokeswoman Janice Okubo, in both email and telephone interviews with the Tribune. "That's what Dr. Fukino is saying."

-------------

Either 'The Swamp' is playing word games or Okubo is putting words into mouth of Fukino:

Where above does Fukino say Obama was born in Hawaii in the statement above? She doesn't say it nowhere in her statement. Not a thing about Obama's origin.

And again: Does this mean Obama was born in Hawaii?

It means that Hawaii has a birth certificate on record for Obama. May I point out again for the dense Fukino is not telling you any details to where Obama was born. Okubo is either being misquoted or she's putting false words into Fukino's mouth. How anyone can conclude Obama being born in Hawaii from Fukino's statement is playing you.

But even more importantly for us, do you know when this law was passed? Was it the law in 1961?

That bit at the bottom that looks like "[L 1982, c 182, §1]"? That means it was passed in 1982. Twenty one years after Obama was born.

Hawaii did accept foreign birth which they issued birth certificates before that date.

No doubt...they would be the ones causing the trouble...maybe even paying people to stage trouble, like commies always do.

The hard left are the real racists, they play on peoples fears and pit people against one another in order to control everyone. We can't let them get buy with the coruption of our laws and the watering down of our Constitution.

Well, someone should call the U of H library or the State Library and ask them to research it. My sense is that immigration laws were a lot more relaxed back then than they are now. America was not at war, not under the threat of terrorists, the memories of the internment camps were still fresh, and Hawaii was welcoming new residents to the newest State with open arms.

Sounds like the ideal place to bring in a foreign-born baby.

"Mlo, you might want to take a reading comprehension course so you would be able to understand the difference between a claim and a supposition. There is one claim in Danae's remarks and that is that you can have a birth certified in Hawaii without being born there."

You might want to take a course in civility. I asked about her claim. You don't deny there was one. So why the rudeness?

BTW, asking to back up a claim isn't disputing it. I want to know what the evidence is.

"Hawaii did accept foreign birth which they issued birth certificates before that date."

I'm sure most jurisdictions will generate a birth certificate for foreign births, in the right circumstances. Because there are legitimate reasons for doing it, like I pointed out before. That is not a suspicious activity by the state.

But you guys are assuming that this procedure means the state will *lie* about the location of birth, and there is no justification for that assumption.

Well we may disagree but I hope things work out. Check out this weeks Forbes for Jerry Flynt’s article - it is on the web. He writes about Detroit and he said it looks bad but will come back.

I feel for you because my friend’s brother is a senior engineer at Ford. The white color and salary non-union workers at the car companies get squeezed the most while the UAW workers get the best benefits etc. Hang in there.

i checked out the Cruze. Nice. The web pictures had German plates. Is it on an Opel platform? I see the 2.0 turbo diesel. That must be from Opel. The BS regulations by the libs are nonsense. Ford and GM (Opel) have awesome high milage direct injection diesels that get crazy mileage. The article said the diesel should get 45 mpg - nice.

They mention a launch in Europe? Will it be badged as a Chevy or Opel? Read the article some more and it looks like the Chevy brand is the fastest growing GM Europe brand.

The American stuff is getting so much better. Ford has made mega leaps in quality at F/Merc/linc and you guys are right behind and close.

Caddy used to be junk brand but Lutz came in a really turned it around.

I hget pissed off seeing Pelosi iusedWaggoneer as a punching bag. It is almost impossible to manage a car company with energy prices all over the board, fuel regs, mileage regs, UAW extortion and the list goes on and on.

Like I said before, the Chicago Swamp Tribune story is below dubious at best. Someone else is BS'ing you.

The Chicago tribune published the following on Nov 3rd:

“Does this mean Obama was born in Hawaii?

“Yes,” said Hawaii Health Department spokeswoman Janice Okubo, in both email and telephone interviews with the Tribune. “That’s what Dr. Fukino is saying.”

Can you please confirm the accuracy of this statement?

Is Dr Fukino categorically stating that Barack Obama was born in Hawaii?

Thank you for your inquiry. Hawaii State law protects the birth records of all individuals born in our state under all circumstances. State law prohibits the Department of Health from disclosing any information about a Hawaii vital record unless the requestor has a direct and tangible interest in the record. This includes verification of vital records and all the information contained in a record. Direct and tangible interest is determined by HRS-338-18(b)

Pinging you because of this:

IIRC, the law was existant before 1982, and was updated at that time. This has been debated many times and I am reasonably certain one or more of you know the final word on the matter.

****************************

This law provides a method through which parents might apply for a birth certificate for their child born elsewhere. Having a birth certificate is pretty much a requirement in this era and if you were out of the country when your child was born you might need recourse to method like ths. But it isn’t carte blanche. They won’t hand them out to just anyone.

“provided that proof has been submitted to the director of health that the legal parents of such individual while living without the Territory or State of Hawaii had declared the Territory or State of Hawaii as their legal residence for at least one year immediately preceding the birth or adoption of such child.”
There are rules. And it doesn’t say the certificate will *lie* about anything, like where the child is born. In fact it shows a concern for fraud.

“The director of health may also adopt any rules pursuant to chapter 91 that he or she may deem necessary or proper to prevent fraudulent applications for birth certificates and to require any further information or proof of events necessary for completion of a birth certificate.”
But even more importantly for us, do you know when this law was passed? Was it the law in 1961?

That bit at the bottom that looks like “[L 1982, c 182, §1]”? That means it was passed in 1982. Twenty one years after Obama was born.

“338-17.8 Certificates for children born out of State”

Is a Hawaiian Revised Statute, therefore it’s a revision of the same law that preceded it. It’s older than 1982.
